I arrived an hour before check-in and a room was ready for me. Lincoln at the concierge offered me coffee and my first shot of ginjinha. He also informed me that there were two gifts for me in my room: freshly made pastel de nata and the drinks in the mini bar are free. Fantastic hospitality!"
