area is really nice and super clean. Everything is surronded by beautiful trees and a nice garden and it has a nice atmosphere.
There are a few taco restaurants/food courts nearby, but for other food you need to go somewhere else.!

"It’s was fantastic and I hope this family all the best. We stayed when they had just opened but they did not charge us correctly (over charged) and there was no water NO water in our second room. All in all though they were very friendly and after all it is Mexico - so go with the flow. "

"Excellent location for exploring central Oaxaca and cold filtered water available on each floor which was great for the hot weather and saving plastic bottles! Hotel is really quirky with lots of character - amazing local artwork and handicrafts on display.
