The staff at front lobby were the nicest people ive ever dealt with that this is my second time visiting this hotel

This is a very nice hotel! We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and comfortable the entire hotel is. Breakfast was great and the people at the hotel were friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Property was clean and the condo was clean! Was not happy with having to pay for parking when already paying a small fortune for the stay.

Not the prettiest on the outside but walk in and it’s beautiful. My room was clean recently remodeled. The staff is incredible. Housekeeping is thorough and kind. Head of maintenance (Chris) is amazing! He even helped me with my car when it wouldn’t start! I’m pretty sure that’s not in his job description I couldn’t be happier.

Very clean and reasonable close to everything

The room was nice and clean. Great view of the beach and there was a nice heated indoor/outdoor pool. Highly recommended.

The condo was beautiful with a view of the inland marsh waterway. It was filled with bird and turtle watching. The beach access was simple. The only thing i wanted was to keep it clean. The vacuum wasnt charged and i couldnt figure it out. I would have liked a larger bathroom off the master bath. But aĺl in all , we had a great time.

Just a fantastic spot. Great location. Short walk to beach access. Awesome coffee shop next door in Pier 33. Pool just outside our door. Noise never an issue. Everything we needed. We'd stay again.

Very nice property, clean, friendly, nice atmosphere

We met the manager and the sales manager....both of whom helped us with ideas of places to eat, things to see, which beaches our family would enjoy, and activities along Gulf Shores that would fit our family. If we needed a cork screw, scissors, towels, etc.....they supplied. We made these reservations at the last minute hoping for a decent hotel. Oh my....we got so much more! Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

This was our first trip to the Gulf Shores and we couldn’t have picked a better location. Between the beach, lagoon and the pool everyone was happy the entire time. A major storm knocked out the power and the host was quick to respond and get power restored. Overall a great stay and we will be coming back!

Excellent
