"When I stepped into this spectacular hotel I knew I was going to be treated like a queen! The staff is very helpful and kind! I couldn’t ask for a better hotel. The staff is very accommodating and work the extra mile to make you feel welcomed! The rooms were very clean and the bed was very comfortable! If I ever come back to Porto I will definitely book a room at the Hotel Jaguar!"

"Hotel was in an good location however room was small and dark. We complained and they moved us to another room with a little more light. No view in either room. Hallways were dark and depressing. Breakfast was average nothing exceptional. Had to ask for the free bottle of wine. Was not offered"

"Great location and a very innovative concept. The staff was very helpful in explaining the ammenities and in suggesting the main local spots in the area. The convenience of being able to securely store your bags untill check-in time gave us the flexibility needed to explore the city worry free. "

"Hotel located across the river from Porto making it a little less busy. Parking was great with valet included. Full breakfast buffet was very good. Concierge was helpful to plan port tasting options nearby The room was very spacious yet weird design choices. They promote environmental stewardship but there are few places to hang things in the shower bathroom area Lighting took some time to get used to. Overall very pleasant"

"Hotel was as described, staff very helpful but the air conditioning is not manageable from your room and I couldn't sleep as it was too hot. Also it's by a very busy main road so noisier than expected you couldn't have the window open. "
