Very clean room - no dust whatsoever as I’m allergic and can tell. Beds are comfortable. Nice sheets. Espresso maker and bathrobes and good hairdryer. Very polite at the front desk. Booked the spa and had it to myself. Fantastic. Sauna, steam room little pool with chairs and jets in the water. Bathrobes and slipper and they give you a hair net type of cap. Perfectly located. Highly enjoyable stay. Quiet too and I had a balcony.

The hotel was situated in a great area in Porto with many sites within walking distance. The entrance to the metro is 25 meters from the door. Good location, walking distance to all landmarks. was assigned to level 2 room which is noisy as it’s close to the road. Hotel reassigned me to a corner room at level 5. Room is quite small for its value. You can hardly put 2 luggages Breakfast is ok. Nice spa that one can enjoy, free for 1 hr every day. Generally the service is quite slow and inefficient. Takes >20 mins when we request for water or stuff. Room housekeeping wasn’t done when we requested for it at 1230. Then when we came back at 4 pm it still wasn’t done. It’s a bit annoying after 2 reminders. Gym water dispenser js empty. Called for service and it took ages. It’s a nice hotel , clean and new but service level needs to be greatly improved. Overall I like it cos if it’s location and it’s not as busy as other hotels.
