"Stayed 2 nights - room key card reader didn't work, so person at desk had to let us in our room each time. They willingly did, but that was inconvenient for us and the employee. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty when we arrived. Breakfast was fresh. Staff provided restaurant and Caverns info."

"Very helpful and friendly staff, love the afternoon chocolate chip cookies & milk as well as the popcorn cart. Good complimentary breakfast, attractive building and good location. Very spacious room and good price. Great service staff for room cleaning. Only criticism is that 2 out of 3 ice machines were out of service and the carpeting near the elevator on our floor had 2 large rips. Also, the tub was very slippery even with the removable rubber suction cup pad in place-had to be careful not to slip."

"Room was nice Staff very friendly and professional Didn't eat breakfast bc we were needing to get going Only negative thing was our key card kept failing and no matter how hard the staff tried it wouldn't work so I was kinda stuck in the room all night "

"Parking was not the best, bed was hard, rooms are dated and water damaged. "

"We had an end room and it was creaking like crazy due to the wind. It was so bad it kept us up. It sounded like a hurricane outside. The issue is that when we complain to the staff, they knew about it. They told us they had a lot of complaints about that. It makes no sense if if they knew about it why would they put us in a bad room where you can hear the wind and the walls are creaking. "
