Staff were excellent at reception, friendly and offered early check-in and late check out.

"This hotel is absolutely great for both work and holiday. The service was impeccable and the hotel is well situated in town. Its also next to the cable car if you want to do the touristy thing. Spa and pool area is nice. The staff was extremely friendly and very very helpful when I lost my credit card and needed to try retrieve it at a local bank. I won’t stay anywhere else in Almaty."
