"The hotel was overall nice, but I would say it needs a bit of maintenance. The room looked a bit more run down than the pictures (things like chipped paint etc) but nothing too major. The view from the Junior Suite was lovely and really enjoyed sitting out on the balcony at sunset. The breakfast was quite limited (the only option is Turkish breakfast) and as we were staying for over a week this did get boring. The main issue though would be the language barrier as most of the staff did not understand English, so communicating things like the TV remote not working was a challenge. Also, the wait staff were all very young and inexperienced so food service was often slow or non-existent. One waiter would pick his nose and then serve us food which was not pleasant. But overall, the hotel pleasant and the pool area is lovely."

"An Unforgettable Stay at Isolina Hotel, Bodrum! Just returned from one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had, and I couldn't recommend isolina Hotel in Bodrum enough! From start to finish, everything was spot-on - and a huge shoutout to Farhad (the manager) who truly went above and beyond for us. Farhad made our trip incredibly special - he personally upgraded our room for pennies to sea view, was always on hand whenever we needed anything, and helped us save so much money by sourcing us on the best (and most affordable) taxis and activities. His genuine care and hospitality made us feel like VIP guests every single day. The rest of the staff were also super friendly and helpful, adding to the warm and welcoming vibe of the hotel. The service here is top-tier - attentive without being intrusive. The hotel itself is stunning, with sick views that you won't stop talking about. Super clean environment, stylish and modern rooms, and the food? Delicious! Whether it was breakfast or dinner, everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Location-wise, Isolina is perfectly situated - just a short trip from Bodrum city centre and not far from the airport either. Super convenient for exploring but peaceful enough to truly relax. Honestly, this place is 100% worth the money. Between the incredible views, the amazing service, and the comfort of the hotel itself, you're getting serious value here. "It said all inclusive when booked. But they charge for bottled water and Turkish coffee. Also, there was an unpleasant smell in the bathrooms. There was no door to the shower making it hard to take a shower without getting the floors all wet. Overall, highly disappointed. "
