Nicely located near the port and old Rethimno town. Friendly and accommodating staff. The breakfast included many items and even the jams and breakfast bars were homemade. Something we learned (after the fact) is that you can control electronically your wishes for privacy (i.e., cleaning of room, etc.) by pressing certain buttons. Make sure that you understand how everything works at check in! Very nice stay overall!

The stay was amazing. We had our honeymoon and the staff was always polite and helpful. The gym is equipped in a good way and the trainer George is very professioal and friendly. Mani from the Animateurs was always there for some games and fun. The whole teqm from reception to pool attendees and servers are outstanding. The room was perfect and clean. We enjoyed our atay and will come back for sure. Big thanks to everyone to make our trip to Greece very special

Highlight of our trip to Crete. The property is in the middle of old town with so many shops and great restaurants. The beach is a short walk away.

From arrival until departure, staff were friendly and helpful with tips, restaurant suggestions, etc. The room was lovely and comfortable and the overall stay was quite pleasant.

We had an excellent stay for 5 nights at Batis Beach Hotel. Our room had two balconies, and one had a partial view of the beach. The hotel is directly across the street from the beach and it's located close to many restaurants and shops. We only ate breakfast at the hotel once, but it was great. Great stay for our old town desires. Parking can be a pain BUT I would say it’s a better situation here then most hotel options that don’t offer onsite parking - we always were able to find parking Breakfast was good, location was great. Having a pool was great for my toddler. Ac got freezing in our room which was nice.

My fiancé and I stayed here the night before and night of our wedding. I cannot say enough amazing things about this location or the people who work here. We left feeling like family. We all shed a tear at checkout. I’ve never experienced the level of genuine kindness and hospitality that we did here anywhere in the world. Our wedding would not have been the same without them. From the food to the amazing view, this place is truly magic.

The rooms and property were fantastic, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The view was beautiful and the food was delicious, great service! The only difficulty was finding parking for our rental vehicle but that is true for every hotel near the beach. It’s on the outer edge of Rethymno, making the location less crowded than the old town streets near the port. It takes about 25 minutes to walk to the port from the hotel, but we didn’t mind the walk. We would absolutely book here...

This place was amazing! Definitely the nicest lodging I have ever stayed in. We stayed in the Gaia suite which had an infinity pool that overlooked the ocean directly off of the cliff. The staff was incredibly nice and helped with anything we needed. The only downside I can even think of is that the food and drinks were expensive, but it makes sense for a place as nice as Acro.
