The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotless—every detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented. What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable. Overall, Jeju Lotte Hotel exceeded all my expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and a touch of luxury. "Wonderful hotel. View from our room was incredible, and amazing to have our own jacuzzi with that view. It is a smaller hotel which suited us, so it was quiet but with lots of nice restaurants and cafes a few minutes walk away (the restaurant round the corner with boar photo on the outside had the best bbq we had in Korea, and found out later it is award winning). Staff are very nice and attentive. Loved the little touches e.g. they had set up the traditional korean games featured in squid games to try out in the games room. Breakfast was very varied too. We wish we could have stayed for longer!"

"This hotel is amazing and a must recommend when visiting Jeju Island. Based on other’s reviews, I was aware that we will need to rent swimming caps if swimming indoors so this didn’t bother me. As for dining, they have good options in the facility but if you want to taste famous local dishes, it is not far away by car. Everything is amazjng including the convenience store on site and the games area that is available for all to use. The room is great and one of the best lay out and decor I have ever seen. The only thing I would recommend is to add laundry facilities because there are swimming pools everywhere and although they provide clothes hanger, the clothes might not dry on time prior to checkout or your flight. Otherwise, it was a great experience and I would come here again!"

"I loved how much they value cleanliness. My sheets were fresh everyday. I also had laundry done that came back fresh and pressed. The grounds around the property are gorgeous, and the pool entertainment is really good. Highly recommend this hotel."

"저는 580호에서 2박 머물렀습니다. 엘리베이터 근처라 지나가는 숙박객들의 소리가 조금 들리는 점을 제외하면 모든 부분이 다 좋았습니다. (에어컨 냉방 시설 상태 최고!) 저는 뚜벅이지만 주차장이 넓고 편리해 보였습니다. 중국인 관광객이 많아 매너가 조금 아쉽긴 했지만, 호텔 프론트 직원분들과 청소 아주머니 등 모든 직원분들께 감사 인사를 전하고 싶습니다. 저는 혼자 여행 와서 메종 글래드에 체크인한 후 제주시내에서 고장 난 아이폰을 교체했는데, 메종 글래드 직원분이 휴대폰 대리점 위치를 친절하게 설명해 주셔서 무사히 교체할 수 있었습니다. 또, 올레 18코스 둘레길을 걷고 동문시장도 방문해 떡오튀도 먹을 수 있었습니다. 정말 좋은 추억 많이 남기고 갑니다. 감사합니다❣️❣️"
