"Everything fine as always. It’s small hotel with good service and kind staff. The staff can not much English but enough to fix any problem. Beds are softer in older 3-bedroom than premium room but ok! Bathroom has problems with water on the floor cause no curtain. The breakfast is Thai style faith salad buffet and rice soup and toast with jam. You can also have fried egg or omelette and some sausage. The breakfast have been better before (we have stayed many times). Coffe is instant coffe....

"Huge open room. Nice and new looking. Reminds me of a condo. Your own parking space/garage then go upstairs above it to your room. Nothing bad about it except you have to have a car or motorbike or like to walk far because its a bit outside of town and nothing immediately nearby."

The location is also easy to find just follow the GPS many restaurants nearby have a nice coffee shop as well with walking distance, good value for money the owner very kind we ask for extra bed with no charge. "The building is 3 floors apartment, no elevator. It’s in a quiet area of Banchang district. The street in front of the hotel is narrow. The room is clean and spacious. The mattress is good but the pillows are high and hard. The hospitality is good. Having own transportation is a must."

"This is a Thai traditional house. One bedroom, bath and kitchen downstairs, two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Close to the main road for easy access to Bangsaray, Jomtien, etc. Our house was right by the community entrance. The security guard was very helpful, opening our driveway gate for us, guiding our vehicles in and out, and contacting staff when needed. In all, and enjoyable stay."

"It is not the first time we have visited this hotel, we have been looking forward to coming back because it is not only suitable for families with children, but also for couples who want to have a quiet and romantic place to be. Cleanliness, courtesy, good atmosphere are just some of the positive things here. The beach is clean and free of trash, which is a rarity down the coast. The park area is lovely. And they have created great areas for Valentine's Day. Recommended!"

"This hotel is a real gem next to the busy Sukhumvit Road. The noise of the highway does not carry over to the hotel and it is wonderfully peaceful there. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was 5/5, it was really nice to stay there during the day and the evening. Staff and the hotel owner were really helpful and nice. I warmly recommend to stay here!"

"NO RECORD OF BOOKING EVEN THOUGH DONE THROUGH EXPEDIA (PAY ON ARRIVAL).EVEN THOUGH SHOWN BOOKING NUMBER WOULD NOT ACCEPT. ONE OF THE STAFF CAME FROM THE SAME VILLAGE and knew brother in laws family AND REALISED THEY HAD MADE A MISTAKE , EVENTUALLY WERE GIVEN THE ROOM .THE FAMILY WERE TOLD NOT TO USE OVEN,TV OR DRYER FIRST NIGHT.THE COMPLEX HAD NO CONTACT NUMBER ON EXPEDIA. EVENTUALLY DAY2/3 OWNER ARRIVED AND WAS ALL APOLOGIES AND BOUGHT THEM A MEAL AND DRINKS HAD THE CHILDREN LEARN TO SWIM IN...

"A quiet location off the main road. Friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in and check out. Private bungalow with plenty of space and a nice bathroom. Pool was very relaxing after a long day. "

"Room spacious and spotless. Staff welcoming and easy going. Honestly bar fridge and eve relaxed and easy. It's a few Km s back from Beach road but easy on a scooter or only 50 Bart on a taxi. The owners Booby and Blaine make the place what it is and I would definitely recommend it. You won't want to leave I promise 🙏"
