"I was in Dayton for the OHSAA DIV III Boys State Semifinal game on Thursday nights but. Our stay was excellent! The young man at the check in counter named Marcus, made sure to check to see if I had any Marriott hotel points to use towards our stay and we did! We were able to check in and out with no wait time ! Our stay was awesome! March Madness friendliest Hotel!! Respectfully, Bobby Starks "

"The WiFi on the 3rd floor wasn’t good it kept cutting on & off. Also the the pool heater being broken really sucked."

"Only thing wrong was the bathroom door would not shut. It was barn door style. We called the front desk, and they gave us another room steps away from our original. Very nice stay. Very clean, comfy! "

"I wish we could have actually stayed through the night and enjoyed breakfast as planned. We kept trying to give chances to make it right but was left with being told thank you. We booked the suite just for a relaxing evening and the tub doesn't work. I called the front desk and was told sorry and then thank you. No offer to switch rooms. We checked out around midnight because the bed was hard as a rock and when we went downstairs with all our luggage the person at the front desks just checked us out and said we're all set like it wasn't obvious we didn't plan to not use something we spent money on. I didn't even try to mention anything to him, I could tell he just wanted us gone"
