"Clean rooms and the staff where friendly "

"Totally are not informed until you get there that they are going to charge you a extra $15 if you are in a smoking room and then a $20 deposit for the non-smoking room that is up to their discretion on whether or not you smoked in the room (even if you didn't) if they think u did that $20 is gone. Very poor maintained property and 90% of the other guests live there and are disrespectful and think because they live there that they own it or something. Idiots!!!! Period."

"Breakfast was ok. There was a man who was fixing fresh eggs and bacon but we weren’t asked. The outside door near our room was never locked, I did not feel safe, it was not a safe area of town. Air never came on all night. Bedding was clean, but carpet needed replacing and the whole place needs paint. "

"I stayed for 5 days and everything was absolutely terrific. Everyone was super helpful and nice. Had suggestions for things to donun the evening and local restaurants. I would definitely stay there again."

"We stay here on average once per month. The location is convenient and being inside the mall can s wonderful. For years the mall was dead or dying. There is new ownership and the changes have been a great addition to the hotel. Pet friendly and very clean."
