The staff were incredibly kind, and the breakfast was delicious—especially the pho, which was the best I’ve ever had. I’m already planning to visit again. I also heard that the hotel remained safe during the recent historic flooding in Hue. If you’re looking for flood-safe accommodation, I highly recommend this place "

"We absolutely loved our stay here at Hachi. It’s a beautiful architecturally designed Homestay out of the centre of Hue. It’s for relaxation, rejuvenation and enjoying the natural surrounds of the local neighbourhood. The beds are comfy and the staff are just so friendly and accommodating. You do need to plan your visits to town but it’s a small price to pay to stay at this fabulous home stay. "This is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The property is new, modern, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean throughout. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel genuinely welcome. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and every request was met with a smile and willingness to help. The room was exceptionally comfortable, with a fantastic bed, quality linen, plush towels, and premium amenities. The shower pressure was excellent, and the air conditioning provided strong, consistent airflow - something we greatly appreciated in Vietnam’s climate. Breakfast was absolutely outstanding and, without question, the best we have had in Vietnam. The selection was plentiful, fresh, and varied. A special mention must go to Ha from the breakfast team. His hospitality and customer service were truly exceptional. He has a natural ability to make guests feel welcome, valued, and genuinely cared for. He consistently went above and beyond, and his warmth and professionalism enhanced every morning of our stay. The location is excellent, with restaurants, shops, and attractions all within easy walking distance. The pool and outdoor seating area are a real oasis and the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring. What truly sets this hotel apart is the people. Every member of staff was warm, friendly, attentive, and professional. Their genuine care and attention to detail created an exceptional guest experience. Highly recommend!"
