I have never ever had to pay at a hotel for a SERVICE DOG. I love staying here but the Sheraton Hotel doesn’t charge me for a SERVICE DOG. Their staff is not even aware of how to handle this situation. "

"Hotel nothing like advertised . .no castle front just boring glass. No shop, no information board, staff no knowledge of local area, pushed their own taxi at10 dollars (approx 530 peso) to cathedral, uber was 97 peso. Restaurant staff reluctant to refill breakfast favourites, other meals pleasant but overpriced. There is nothing in this area for holiday makers, an hour walk to the colonial area, local beach and surrounds filthy."
