"My family and I had a lovely time staying at this hotel. It is very convenient as it is so close to the Cairo Airport. The staff were very kind and welcoming as soon as we arrived. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of food choices, the views were beautiful and the rooms were always spotless because of the awesome housekeeping. Would definitely recommend if you are in Cairo!"

"The room was clean and tastefully decorated. Great view of the Nile. Lebanese restaurant on premises but greeting staff was rather rude and unwelcoming so we decided not to dine there. Went instead to another Lebanese restaurant a few blocks down the street in the Fairmont Hotel where the staff was very welcoming. Besides this one mishap, the staff at Sofitel was great, she was the one bad apple. The front door staff, the front desk staff and others randomly placed throughout the hotel were all wonderful. The only reason I gave a 4 rating for staff was our experience at the Lebanese restaurant."

Everything was beyond perfect — the cleanliness is outstanding, the food is delicious, and the breakfast is just incredible. But what truly made this place special is the kindness and care of the staff… they made me feel like I was at home, surrounded by family. They showed so much love and attention to both my baby and my older daughter, which meant a lot to me as a mom. I also want to give a very special thank you to Mohammad. I had an unexpected situation when my tooth broke and fell out, and he went above and beyond in a way I will never forget. He personally took me to the hospital, stayed with me the entire time, and the next day he arranged my appointment and even drove me to the clinic himself. This level of care, respect, and genuine kindness is something you rarely see. I have never experienced such safety, respect, and humanity in a hotel before. If I could give 1000 stars, it still wouldn’t be enough. Highly, highly recommended."

"My son and I stayed one night for our layover so we didn’t have a lot of time. This location was perfect. We could see the pyramids from our room and the staff was amazing. The food was good too. We had everything we needed and our Customer relations rep Rasha made sure we were taking care of. I’ll definitely visit again for a longer stay."

"What a first class hotel this is! The staff are impeccable and delivered a world class service from every single member. We were greeted by the door staff every time we returned from a trip with "Welcome home " The piano player in the bar was fantastic. Sky bar had spectacular view. The bar staff were exceptional , and attentive in particular Hadder and Ahmed they really are outstanding. The hotel is central and views are amazing of the city and the Nile. Amenities were 5 star from the variety of restaurants, gardens, pool and grandeur of the hotel generally. I can't recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you to all of you for making our stay so special."

"The hotel is on the 5th floor of what appears to be an abandoned building, with sketchy elevator service. Although staff was friendly and the hotel was clean there was very few amenities. Location is great but not if you're looking to relax, Egyptians love their car horns."

"The whole experience was great. The staff were attentive and catered to our needs. We had one incident at check out where the staff were trying to charge us for excursions that we already paid for but that could have been miscommunication on the staff's behalf. Overall a good stay at this location . The rooftop has amazing views of the pyramids and the food has traditional Egyptian cuisine."
