"Horrible. Tried to cancel well ahead of time as I was sick with Covid and unable to travel and was told no canceling, so they charged me for a room that was never used….i guess I should have just arrived and gotten everyone sick?"

"This was one of our favorite hotels from our trip this year! We loved the self-check-in process—the access code was sent in advance, and everything worked seamlessly. Parking was conveniently located right next to the patio, making it easy to bring our luggage directly to the room. The room itself was modern, clean, and very well maintained. We also used the shared kitchen amenities, including the kettle and microwave, which were spotless and well cared for. The room was equipped with a coffee maker and a refrigerator, which was a nice bonus. Overall, everything was comfortable, convenient, and thoughtfully set up. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"Nice spot in new buildings but they have some administrative items to work out. Our family stayed in one of the new apartments which was very modern, nice and new. It was quiet and comfortable. However, they seem to be trying to be an electronic only communication check-in process as you can only communicate via Expedia and no one would answer the phones which delayed things. Also, there was a nice coffee machine requiring coffee beans in the unit but there was no coffee and no way to request any as there were no people on the property."
