"My experience was very disappointing. When I arrived, I asked the valet attendant if he could assist me with the valet service, but he simply responded “no.” As a result, I had to park my own car, which defeats the purpose of having valet parking available. In addition, the security staff were arrogant and unprofessional. Their attitude was rude, and they showed very poor customer service skills The only positive part of my stay was the check-in agent, who was friendly, professional, and very helpful. They made the check-in process smooth and welcoming, which I greatly appreciated."
