This location was at the heart of everything in Guanajuarto. Right in the center of the Historical district and a beautiful place to stay. The staff was wonderful and attended to our every need. The food for breakfast was very good and convenient in the mornings . I would stay here again without hesitation. The rooms were lovely and big, with all of the best in conveniences. Spotlessly clean and very secure! Lovely stay....
The Hotel is centrally located, rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable with all amenities and beautiful. The included rooftop breakfast was an added bonus. The staff from housekeeping, front desk and concierges were all very Attentive to any need we had. We would highly recommend Nueve 25.
Great location, walking distance to everything, restaurant, bars and close to transportation. Center of the touristy place. Worth of ge money, clean room and comfortable bed. Pretty quiet when facing inside the hotel. Friendly staff and breakfast at the restaurant was delicious!!
We highly recommend Casa Estrella. It is a lovely place. The views are incredible. The rooms comfortable the staff friendly and helpful. We have stayed there before and will stay there again.

The location cannot be be improved. It faces the beautiful Plaza de La Paz, and three rooms feature balconies overlooking that beautiful urban space. The iconic Union Square is a three minute walk, a distance that serves to mute any noise from late-night revelries....
We enjoyed our stay here. Very clean and quiet. Close to everything but not in the busy city. Definitely will be returning back. I didn't try the food here but other than that the rooms were clean, comfortable, AC and TV, nice view, pool was clean and sitting area beautiful.
Internet was a little weak on third floor. Place was Safe and people in town were extremely nice and informative!

This property was right on the place called Jardines de la Union..surrounded by shops, restaurants, bars and just about everything you need and all with in walking distance.
Place is excellent.
I got to my hotel late due to a plane delay but they were gracious enough to reassure me I did not need to worry about having a room. My stay was comfortable and close to many local tourist attractions. The view from the rooftop is amazing.
Charming property and beautiful location. The nicest host you could ask for. I upgraded to the balcony room, which has a lovely view. Breakfast is simple but appreciated, with good coffee. Definitely appreciate the help in finding the location and getting my luggage up the many steps (for which Guanajuato is famous). I'd be happy to stay again!
This hotel has a simple, classic, timeless quality. If not for the modern TV, I could easily imagine my parents or grandparents staying here in the 1950's or 60's. It is in a great location within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, museums and historical sites. We stayed during a heat wave and it was a little uncomfortable due to the lack of air conditioning. A large fan helped.
