"I love that they had so many shows, a ton of food options, so many kids activities. We will be coming back. The staff service was amazing! Fine dining, beach massages, a store in the beach to buy souvenirs. We really are amazed with everything. Quick taxi services. Live music in the evenings. "My family of 5 stayed at this resort for 3 nights in July 2025. Great hospitality started from Jesus and Ivan at reception and continued throughout our stay. There are 2 properties on this location: Secrets (adults) and Dreams (Family). Here are some suggestions: 1- If you are all adults (18+) stay on the Secrets side of the resort. You'd still have access to everything on Dreams but access to better restaurants. 2- Upgrade your stay to VIP (Preferred Member) level so that you get access to all restaurants and private lounges with better drinks. 3- If you are on the dreams side, please note that there's construction on the lot next door which might have some noises/smells associated with it. Otherwise, sit back, relax, and enjoy your stay. "

"Amazing stay! The staff were wonderful. Special shout out to Arturo, Alejandro at the pool bar for making the trip extra special and making us feel like home. The buffet options were great, always hot and fresh. The food at Ayami were the highlight of our trip by far. Everything exceeded the other dishes as they came out. The housekeeping staff were also very efficient and came around twice offering to restock the mini fridge and provide fresh clean towels. We will be back. "
