"Very nice property but very poorly managed. Could not order from the menu in the restaurant unless it was delivered to your room. Kind of crazy! Also no self parking! Lots of rules that make no sense! Will not be back there."

"The location is good; however, the service and amenities are questionable. The WiFi is very unstable — I could not run a Teams meeting. The gym is extremely limited, with just 7 dumbbells (someone stole one?). One night I asked reception for a spoon to eat a yoghurt, and the staff member — wearing sunglasses indoors at 1am and appearing out of it — dismissed me, saying they do not have any cutlery, which is hard to believe. Overall, there are better options in Houston for the same price."

"The Hotel food, roon condition, air conditioning all were worth my dime...however the Hotel is under renovation which is mentioned NO WHERE. No roof top access, no burger joint and for that I was not satisfied."
