Breakfast is so so. The 5th fl door is using smart app(website) entrance with Bluetooth control. Safe and hi-tech. 2 lifts to upstairs. Will consider to stay next time."

"Hotel's generally all right and one of my favorites whenever I visit. But more can be done for the bathrooms. Second time here and i realized it needs improvements. The room smelled musty, and there was a huge black patch on the ceiling of the toilet with what i assume, is mould. Walls of the toilet weren't exactly clean as well. While it's a non window room and theres no other form of ventilation other than the bathroom vent, i think more effort could be spared to maintaining the bathrooms....

"Excellent hotel and restaurant staff. All were very courteous, and receptive to our needs. Food was excellent and delicious. We really admired the historical and authentic indigenous artifacts and decor found in the lobby, cafeteria and on the grounds. The Wi-Fi was good but weak in some areas. The rooms were clean but dated. However the hotel is undergoing a major renovation beginning with the first floor. "

"Rooms are dirty, plastering fallen off the ceiling, moldy bathroom. The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. It took them 5 mins to complete a 2 bedrooms apartment. The aircon stop working and ice accumulated and the repairmen had to chopped off ice and full of mold came off from the aircon. There is no washing detergent and no sponge provided and it's supposed to be...

"Very near to city centre easily walkable distance of 1 km to banks, ATM, restaurants, Small local supermarkets. Local taxis eg Grab, Maxim provides affordable transport instead of relying on buses. Free breakfast is of buffet type & value for money. Breakfast staff are very welcoming & ready to help should you need any. "
