"The Old Post House was exactly as we had envisaged. Full of character, perfectly positioned over the harbour and very comfortable. Shelley helpfully gave us all the information we needed and left us to it. Parking would have been a challenge had we not been the only ones staying, but there was room in the village. In high season it could be an issue, given the small size of the place. A great place to stay and highly recommended."

"This is a beautiful hotel with Tonnes of Character. The rooms, both public and private were tidy and well maintained. Staff were very helpful from reception to resteraunt, all had good knowledge, positive energy, and above all else big smiles which we loved. Definitely will be staying again."

"We had a wonderful overnight stay for my husband's 70th birthday. Our room was amazing and very big and the bathroom was great, especially the powerful shower and lovely toiletries. We had a swim in the lovely pool and we also went in the jacuzzi. I also went in the sauna. The breakfast was fantastic; such a wide range of choice and the food was excellent. We would definitely recommend the Merchants Manor and would certainly stay there again."

"A gorgeous place to stay, the bell tents are furnished to a high modern standard. Comfortable beds, gracious hosts, fantastic food and an all round lovely place to escape for a few days. Would 100% recommend, also very close to lizard point for a day trip!"

"The room was clean and the staff were very helpful. We stayed in the disabled access room which was very good. The only thing we would say is the the toilet is very low for a disabled person, even with the grab bars. "

"Just returned from a 7 night stay at Savoy view apartment The accommodation was excellent, everything needed for the stay was provided and the rooms were tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We arrived early after a 6 hour drive and expected we’d have to wait around a few hours until check in but we were surprised to notice that the key had been made available a lot earlier which was lovely. The property is in an ideal location for exploring the beaches and coves on the Lizard peninsula....

"Such a wonderful property, and the rooms are so very clean and comfortable. We slept so well, and were treated quite nicely. Kate is such a lovely host, and her brekkie is top-notch. We enjoyed chatting with her as we ate, and found her delightful and helpful. The farm setting is so peaceful (for us guest that is, a lot of hard work for owners), and the location is great for visiting the Lizard and other places around south Cornwall. Thank you much for such a great stay!"
