"First, the good. The staff was nice. I enjoyed the well appointed breakfast-- ate there every morning. The place was clean and the beds were comfy. Nice fluffy towels and new plumbing and fixtures that worked very well. It's clearly a recently renovated property, and they did a nice job. The wifi, however, was terrible. I chose this hotel as a work retreat, and was unable to work. The staff couldn't help-- they have no ability to do anything with the wifi system. I had several interactions with the remote tech support team, and they were unable to resolve the issues or even figure out what the issues were. I could occasionally connect if I persistently tried and retried. Even getting connected wasn't a guarantee of service, however, because the login webpage wasn't always available. I don't think I kept a device connected to the wifi for a full hour through a three day stay. I ended up spending most of my time in cafe's with wifi instead of the hotel. I had pre-paid for my stay, so didn't have an option to go somewhere else."
