"Really good deal downtown Toril walking distance from the Gmall and the local market. "

"Very friendly and helpful help desk. Check in was very easy and smooth. Beautiful front desk area with Japanese theme decor and ambiance, good for taking pictures and just hanging around. Room was okay, nothing really special but you get what you pay for, not a negative comment but pretty good. To me the best part of overall is,THE FREE PARKING, people know Davao, they’ll know what I’m talking about. I’ll definitely going to recommend this Hotel/Resort to anyone. Thanks."

"This hotel is much better than the condos downtown. The staff were so helpful and sweet. I stayed at one resort on Samal and one tower. The aircon and cleanliness at YellowPad is superior. Good job staff!"

"Unit faced the outside the property to local residential side, roosters crowing, dogs barking throughout the day and night. Overall property is very nice with rooftop views and nice atrium at entrance, with seating to relax. "
