"Smelled like cigarette smoke. Sheets smelled like cigarettes & had burn holes. Shower curtain also had burn holes. It was fine for a few nights. "

"Don’t waste your money in this hotel. I spend one night here and did not get a minute of sleep. The hotel is not soundproof. You hear everything and anything. The housekeeping staff was screaming, banging and laughing throughout the hallways. If you’re on on the 4th floor you will hear the guests walking around their rooms. The hotel room ceiling felt like it was going to erupt. The phone in the room is just for display because it didn’t work/ my child hurt her toe in the broken tiles in the bathroom and when I approached staff in the am they were not attentive at all and could care less. This hotel is a complete garbage"

"I found hair on my pillows and fitted sheets, night tables were dusted and room was never vacuum. As I was taking a shower rust and mold was coming out of fixtures."

"The pool wasn’t open but it wasn’t stated on the website and that was the main reason for having a stay so my grandchildren were disappointed."

"No towels in the room when we arrived. Rooms are loud and you can hear everything from people next door, upstairs or in the hall. The street traffic was weirdly load too (7th floor). Breakfast wasn't bad and the beds were good."
