Beautiful, well maintained resort! We are a family of 4, we stayed in double room with a valley view. Bathroom was a large spa-like space. My kids enjoyed the pool and snacks from the pool bar. We played two round of golf on the property course. Easy drive to the marina and beaches!
The front desk staff were the most friendly, gracious and helpful of all staff we have encountered in nearly six weeks of European travel. The hotel is in a quiet area of the very pleasant city of Loulé within easy walking distance of the historic old narrow street part of the town. In addition to typical breakfast food, included was a delightful selection of fresh fruit and an excellent espresso or café machine.
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at this 5-star resort! It is the type of place I look forward to returning to. Super safe and peaceful property with trustworthy employees. The staff really go out of their way to be kind and we felt each of them did an excellent job!

There are a number of pools here, which catered for all types of guests, families with young children, or one for couples. The villa's were very well equipped and serviced daily. Overall a very nice stay at a fun hotel. Really the only slightly negative thing I can say is the bathrooms are quite small. Otherwise a very enjoyable stay.
The hot tub was not working during our stay. I had to ask the front desk for a blow dryer because the one in the room was very old and didn't blow hot air. The breakfast was ok, basic cereal, bread etc. But you could ask for hot eggs. There were a lot of restaurants within walking distance.
