"Staff is friendly, rooms are worn but clean. Restaurant/bar closed, pool area is nice but hot tub is closed and waterslide is being removed. Plenty of food choices are available in the area."

"For a hotel to advertised as pet friendly, the receptionist that greeted us on the day we checked in sure looked and felt unaccommodated and so allergic to our fur family. Instead of saying “welcome” he yelled across the entire lobby “WE DONT LEAVE DOGS UNATTENDED HERE” like we are not aware of the policy when he literally just let us sign one. Other than the not so pet friendly vibe, this hotel’s walls are paper thin! We can hear every pin dropped in every room. One bed was hard and uncomfortable. Bathroom sink was clogged it was draining water so slow. Overall energy and vibe of fhe hotel is just unaccommodating. Would definitely not go back there again."

"There were small maintenance issues that seemed to be something that would have been caught beforehand, otherwise the stay was pleasant and I would stay again."

"A few issues. The air conditioning in the room didn't work. The staff made efforts to have it fixed, and were willing to move us. By then, we were "in for the night" so they gave us vouchers for free breakfast. No soap in the dispenser in the shower."

"I was very pleased with our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. We made use if both the pool and the hot tub during our stay and enjoyed both very much. The hand rail to the hot tub was a little loose and needs to be tightened, but the pool area was clean, well stocked and well kept. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic! Items on the hot menu varied by day and all were delicious! The best I have had anywhere! The breakfast room was clean and inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel to all my family and friends!"
