They quickly responded when my first room’s door was out of charge and I couldn’t get in, and again addressed my concerns rapidly when the second room had the refrigerator door open as soon as I got in. Customer service, quality of the bed, and quietness of the room in spite of proximity to a busy road were phenomenal "

"My stay was very pleasant! Stayed for work and hotel was very quiet. Bed was comfortable and so were the pillows. Hotel staff was very friendly. Will definitely be staying there again."

"The hotel is clean and employees are friendly. We did experience teens banging on our door at 10:45pm twice. We were traveling with our two kids who are under 5 and they were both terrified and did not sleep all night due to them not understanding why someone would come and bang on our doors in a hotel at that time. Never have experienced this before so for that reason I cant give it a 5 star review "

"The front desk clerk was amazing when we checked in. The woman running the breakfast in the morning was pushy - pressuring us to buy the breakfast that we mistakenly thought was free. Overall, super convenient and clean. In the future, I'll be sure to pay a few extra bucks to add breakfast to our booking to avoid $15 for continental and $25 for a full breakfast (approx)."

"Check in staff was very friendly and hotel was in good shape. Slightly disappointed in the breakfast (also a group of 100 kids destroyed the breakfast area and didn’t leave much food) so that could’ve played a part in the food quality. Other than that not a bad experience "
