" Very nice hotel, loved the location and the view off of our terrace. Staff was always very friendly and helpful and wanted to help in any way. The pool was an excellent place to cool off and take in the view as well. I loved the Santa Margherita location because it was close to Portofino, and Rapallo and the ferry was a very nice way to get to both places. The Cinque Terre was the reason we came to this region and honestly, a full day there was enough. It’s about an hour train ride away. The beach water looked clearer at CT, but the hotel had a beach available in the sea, vs the harbor at SM. SM was a big little town and quaint. I enjoyed the hotel and would definitely stay there again. "

A pistachio cake setting the standard for all pistachio cakes we may eat after. "I absolutely loved this hotel. When i initially exited the train and was walking to the hotel, i wasnt sure what to expect but it was the perfect little oasis inside this metropolitan area. The staff was very professional and attentive. The hotel was charming. The room was fabulous, the bed was so comfortable and the room smelled like there was jo malone room fragrance was pumping through the air. It was so delightful. I really enjoyed my stay here and of course would stay at this hotel again if I'm in this area. It's about 7 to 10 minutes walk from the train station so it was perfect for day trips to cinqua terre and portofino. I unfortunately didnt get the breakfast addition because I booked through expedia, but it didnt matter. There were enough little cafes around for me to grab something. The lady host at the reception area was graceful enough to give me a map wth all the important areas marked out. I enjoyed everything about my stay here and truly recommend it to everyone."
