"My biggest concern was the room opened to the outside world. There were no interior rooms available. I was most uneasy over that. The room overall was acceptable although the bathroom was extremely small. And there were water stains on the ceiling which were concerning. However, the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful--especially the two ladies assisting with the breakfast buffet. They were quietly efficient and most helpful The location was perfect for our needs. "

"The check-in staff was understaffed and they became rude. I was told to sit down and they would call me up. A line of people formed and they were served before me. The room smelled. There was shabby. we had to go it sheets for the hide a bed. They didn’t even have a blanket. We will not be staying with Holliday Inn again. I expected much more for what we paid. "

"Room was clean and large enough . Bathroom jkind of poor. Extremely small sink/counter space, nothing was updated, the towels were tiny. Didn’t give you bar soap or anything else that wasn’t nailed down. I realized this isn’t 5 star but there are things that can be done for low cost to make the stay more comfortable. "

"Enjoyed my stay at the Jaxon. Nice room with everything you need. Shower has great pressure. If you get there late, parking spots in lot are filled so just parked next street over. Can hear cars driving on road in morning but nothing major."
