"One of the elevators was out of service and the had a bus of high school kids Had to use stairs or wait 10 min for elevator"

"Breakfast food was good. The entire area was so hot during breakfast. They said kitchen & eating area was having maintenance issues. Poor employees. "

"I arrived after many hours of travel. The room I booked was not the room I got. There were 4 people and I booked 2 queen beds-which was more expensive room then they gave me. They gave me a king and a small pull out. One of my big teens had to sleep on couch cushions on the floor. Although there was still some vacancy they would not give us another room for the few hours we would be there. It was a very disappointing night. I was told I would get a call from management and never did. I will be reaching out."
