"decent room, had to change sheets becasue of dinginess. Staff was great and attentive. Location at the mall was great. "

"There was no breakfast at all. Not even coffee the breakfast area was really dirty. Hotel was very noisy."

"I wanted a balcony but ended up on the 2nd floor with a regular window. We still made the best out our of stay and staff was very helpful "

"Our only problem was that the toilet tended to run unless we jiggled the handle."

" I didn't eat there. Parking was fine. The staff was polite. Rooms are disgusting. Rugs are so dirty and stained. Things smeared on pictures, Lamp shades are ripped, Towels and bedding are like sandpaper. It's sad when the first thing you do is pull back the bedding to look for bed bugs. I will never stay there again and will not be recommending this hotel anymore."
