The gentleman who checked us in was extremely professional and helpful. Our family was in town for a funeral and he made our stay more enjoyable in spite of all that was going on. He checked the whole family of several rooms and was such a joy and a total asset to that hotel. The woman that relieved him on day of check-in was very nice too. I wish I could remember their names. I can see their faces. Thank the staff for being so helpful and professional especially at such a difficult time for our family.
