"Everything about your stay here was wonderful! Gianluigi was fantastic. We got a flat tire on our way in and he immediately called a mechanic to help us. He offered to have our rental car company call him, since our Italian is terrible and we didn’t know where we were! The rooms were very clean, safe, and well maintained as was the hotel overall. The staff spoke very little English but were very friendly.
