The staff were incredibly lovely and accommodating, especially for my partner who has a lot of food allergies (so they quickly replanned all the amazing food courses for him!). "We stayed in this ryokan for a family trip. The city is unknown to non-Japanese people, but the people at the ryokan were so kind and helpful. Sometimes it was not easy to communicate as their English was not the best, but they tried their best to help. The meals were awesome, and the bath places were great as well. We were totally satisfied and I strongly recommend this place."

"ホテルは昭和を感じさせるものでしたが、部屋にはこたつと石油ストーブもあり、そんなに寒くは感じなかったけど、家族は寒かったようです。個人差はあるかもしれません。 ホテル周辺の外湯が９か所あり、温泉好きの私はとても楽しめました。熱めということでしたが、私的には大丈夫でした。2月で寒かったけど、朝も近くの温泉で温まり1日をスタートすることができて良かったです。"

"アパート？みたいな感じの宿泊施設でした。部屋は綺麗でしたが寝室のライトに蜘蛛の巣があるのだけが気になりました。駐車場は近くてよかったです。冷蔵庫、電子レンジ、ケトルに加えてキッチンシンクも有り、フライパン、フライ返し小皿もありました。 暖房がエアコンの他にファンヒーターがあり寒くなくて最高でした。 5歳2歳の子供連れで泊まったので障子を破らないかヒヤヒヤしました。 広くて安くて軽井沢おもちゃ王国にも近くてとってもよかったです。"
