"Left for the entire day and on our return to the room, it was not cleaned and the bed was not made. Our key had to be updated twice during our stay. Hardly any staff around and clearly this Hotel is run poorly. Don't waste your time, much better hotels in Amsterdam."

"The price is worth every dime. The location in old city is close to all the museums, fun restaurants and a great quite neighborhood. Very charming outdoor space, beautiful bar and restaurant. Hotel staff beyond help full with things to do, restaurant recommendations and reservations. Our room was spacious, super comfortable and the bath was large and very spa like with the double rain shower/ hand held, tile, mirror lighting (a huge plus) and super large freestanding soaking tub."
