"I’ve stayed at this hotel before and never had any problems. This past stay, my deposit was held because cough syrup was accidentally dumped on the sheets. White sheets that could very easily be bleached. The room was not destroyed in any way, the mattress was not stained, and the room was overall fairly clean when we left. I don’t think that a water based cough syrup stain warranted a $100 charge. I tried cooperate and I also tried the hotel management but have been unsuccessful. I doubt a new...
