"Clean room, no complaints here however, on my 5th day of my 7 day break i had a call from receptionist telling me that its checkout time??
This disturbed me a lot. I went down to show the m my booking and all the said oh yes we have found it now. No apologies or nothing. Rude staff except for the odd one or two.
English nearly non existent. Great location and at a push i would stay there again as now i know what to expect!!"

"The cabin that I reserved wasn’t available when I arrived, so I stayed 1 night in a regular room hence the reduced rating. The cabana was nice, facing the sea and you can seat on a deck and enjoy the sound of crushing waves down below. The staff was pleasant and accommodating. The breakfast could satisfy 3 people with my appetite:) Overall a pleasant experience. "

Staff:
Ewa at reception and Alejandro were incredible — friendly, helpful, and a real credit to the hotel. They made check-in effortless and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.
Food & Drinks:
Delicious and varied buffet with great cocktails and mocktails.
Rooms & Facilities:
Spacious, spotless rooms with everything you need. The resort has multiple pools, a private beach, spa, gym, and great snacks for kids.
Location & Transport:
Shops and excursions right across the street, plus easy bus or taxi access to Alanya centre. About 2 hours from Antalya Airport — private transfer recommended.
