"I was lucky enough to have a suite on one of the top floors with a good view of the city. This luxury hotel had a fantastic rooftop pool with stunning views, everything was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable."

"I booked a standard room, and it met my expectations, it was clean and spacious. The staff were welcoming and friendly, and the hotel is in a great location close to popular restaurants and Union Station, making it easy to get around the city. We didn’t need to spend much on Uber goin to and from the airpot since the UP Express is very convenient, and even our trip to Niagara was easy with FlixBus, just a 5-minute walk from Novotel. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Toronto."
