"The location of this property is great. Walking distance to great food and shopping. The beds are super comfortable. We stayed in the second suite, there is a long steep stair well to get up to your suite, so if stairs are not a good thing for you, stay in the lower suite. The staff was very helpful when we need assistance. Will stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our time at Ode. The room was beautiful and we enjoyed the balcony access. The location is great. It is surrounded by wonderful restaurants and shops. We will try to stay here again in the summer, when we'll be more excited to explore. "

"There is no human contact. You get a code.. you go to door beside an A&W. You go up some stairs and enter the room with a second code. Its very basic, but given the price in downtown Toronto, it was a good place to crash. Clean and tidy. If you know the neighbourhood, you hear the locals all night and there are some pretty colourful characters on the street. Room was small, so one person fine, two people.. probably cramped. Not sure I would feel extremely safe if I was a single young lady. "

"We booked this hotel for 3 nights as a couple traveling with a 8 month old baby. Let me just say that it has been an amazing experience all around. The room itself is like a work of art but we also appreciated the sound proof wall and the blackout curtain. The baby slept like a charm each night! The breakfast at the Sakura lounge was wonderful and the staff was so kind to us and the baby, even offering her plain yogurt which was such a nice gesture.
