"Clean rooms with tile floors. There was a nice breakfast buffet with an omelette bar. The Sea turtle hospital was right across the street. Parking was $22 for two nights. Very busy over spring break. We had to park across the street. A little extra noise in nearby rooms during quiet hours. "

"Never stay at this place or use Expedia. Our first room only had cold, brown water. We tried to let the hotel know but couldn’t find anyone at the front desk and no one answered the phone. You can’t leave a message either. We even tried to email and to this day no one has answered it. It was difficult to get a new room and on our second day in that room there was no water for hours. Now we’re trying to get a refund, but that is proving very difficult since we used a third party - Expedia. We’ve experienced nothing but terrible customer service from this hotel and Expedia."

"The staff is amazing. The hotel is less than 5 min from the beach. There’s a candy store and McDonalds nearby and it’s close to pretty much everything. The pool and hot tub were great. The gym has some dumbells and a treadmill so you can get a quick little workout in. There’s a shower to rinse off when coming back from the beach. There was no hassle getting checked in. They also have tons of stuff for sale if you forgot snacks or any other necessities.. the rooms were spacious and clean. The shower pressure is also great! Would definitely stay again "
