"The hotel and room was very clean and comfortable. It was built 6 months ago so it is still brand new. It was great having a little sofa and kitchenette in the room. The only thing the room didn’t have was a hair dryer. But thankfully I packed my own. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I called the night before I arrived to ask for a late check in and they said it would be no problem at all. I arrived at 11pm and it was an easy check in process with no hassle. There is no restaurant on site but there is a tiny little store that sells snacks, beverages and some frozen food. But the items are very expensive. You’re better off packing your own stuff to heat up in the room. Not much around the area, but I was in town for my daughter’s open house at RIT. The drive to RIT was about 12 minutes and it was about 8 miles away. Very convenient and I would definitely stay here again if my daughter ends up going to RIT."

"The room was good. The shower surround needed a good scub, very curious as to why that isn't done everytime a guest checks out. THe breaksfast was very good, but the breakfast attendant literally had a countdown of when it was over. 9:00 am! Her phone alarm went off. Prior to 9:00, she was putting everything away, very rushed. Parking was good, safe, lighted. "

"The hotel cancelled my reservation for 5 room 1 hour before I arrived, then sold the rooms. I had to scramble to find housing for 10 people. I will never use this hotel again."

"The room was clean and the staff was excellent. I did not like that the toilet was so low to the ground and the shower head was not high enough I had to duck under it. "

"Breakfast is good!! Clean rooms, good bed. The only thing coffee needs is a new one. The problem is that the vent in the bathrooms needs to be fixed. Parking no problem 😊 and like ring bell room with flash good for deaf!"
