"The seating outside was wonderful, they provide 2 complementary chairs on the beach. However, I did not know that a big music event would be set up while we were there last weekend. The noise on the beach made it unbearable. However, we found a pool on the second floor that was relatively empty, and private, and wonderful. It really made our stay worthwhile. There was a problem with one of the mattresses, however, they promptly replaced it! That was really nice. "

"This was a great find! The nice exercise room was a plus! We loved having a restaurant b/c there were no other choices nearby. We would definitely go again. Price was right and the beds were awesome! We didn’t want to get out of bed in the am. "

"Pool seating completely inadequate. More than half the lounges are so low to the ground that it is extremely difficult to get up and down from them and there are not enough. We were there two hours on a Friday afternoon and never were able to get a lounge. Waited in the shade on a couch. Considering the $49 per day resort fee this is outrageous. "

"Great hotel and super convenient to everything. Loved the free amenities like e-bikes, regular bikes, beach chairs with towels and water for heading out to the beach which is conveniently located across the street. Also, enjoyed the discounts when eating/drinking at the hotels bars/restaurants. The only recommendation is working outlets/USB ports and room amenities as depicted on your website. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to others. "

"Room and furniture are poorly maintained, they are old and shabby; the room is only minimally clean, we didn’t touch kitchen appliances as they looked dirty "

"Check in was very difficult they wouldn’t let us unload our bags without paying $45 even though we weren’t actually parking, the photos on website does NOT resemble the actual place. My hotel room was actually next door in an entire different building took about 20 minutes to locate. Staff was not very welcoming, the elevator was out of service so i had to use the stairs. The room was at the end of the hall near an exit door that stayed cracked open the entire trip. The room door itself did not have a chain nor were they any towels in the bathroom. The room phone did not work so i had to walk next door to front desk for towels for the gentleman to tell me that he would bring them & never did. I requested them again the next day and another staff said the door was locked, when I requested to speak to management they said that they weren’t there. Last but not least I never received my deposit & now they’re not answering and im back in my home town. Will never return, dont waste your money I would not recommend!!"
