"This was great place to stay, the staff was awesome helping with questions among other things. Our room was super clean, with no bugs. The hot tub outside is a really nice addition to the large pool. Great sunsets and the bar & grill is near the pool. We really enjoyed our time there from check-in to departure. The beach is also very clean and they do have beach chairs and umbrellas available for rent. There is also a refrigerator and microwave in the rooms which is a plus. Parking is on the smaller side on the beach hotel, but the is additional parking across the street ( not far ) by any means. This would be really good from small to large families looking to get away and having a great time on the beach. Shopping isn’t to far away about 2 or 3 miles out. There are two elevators that will take you from lobby upto the seventh floor. "

"Loved the location, cleanliness of the room. Beds were rough on our backs and some Terrible people spit and threw food at us from their balcony but other than that everything was great. "

"For starters, we booked at Seaheaven Beach, and they said they didn’t have any rooms and moved us to a completely different building up the road, which was very disappointing. If I wanted to stay there, I would have booked there. They did not let me know this before arrival. The staff was friendly, but the place in general was not very clean. People were partying and yelling all night into the morning. The shower had hair all over it, our towels were stained, and there was sand everywhere. It was a very disappointing stay."

"Upon arrival staff was helpful. Arriving in room back tv not working and air conditioner not working in back bedroom. Heated pool and hot tub closed. 2nd afternoon tv was replaced. Checkout time on last day elevator not working and we were on 5th floor"

"Safe. 15 minutes walk to Pier Park. Nice heated pool on premise. ~$40 rideshare price to/from airport. Would stay again. "

"The beach view was excellent. Rooms were very clean. The pool and hot tub were excellent, very clean and perfect temperature. Breakfast was ok for a quick breakfast. All staff was amazing. Very friendly. Property was very secure with security walking around 24/7. Felt very safe."
