"I had an awesome stay at this hotel,Vic was available when I needed something and was very courteous. The room was clean and the amenities were available except the cooktop but I worked around that. Well lit area after dark that was a Huge plus for me having to go out early mornings. Will stay again"

"I travel and have been in customer service over 30 years. This hands down was one of the best staff I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. The room absolutely needed updating . You can tell there was. A lot of staining on the carpet and furniture. The down stairs, outside and other part of the facility I saw was beautiful. People constantly cleaning, smiling. Asking I needed anything. Great night stay. "

"We were in Houston for a short visit with family. One up near Spring and the other down near Missouri City so the Four Points by Sheraton was the perfect home base for us to split our travels. We here-purchased breakfast each morning and it was wonderfully prepared and served!"

"This place was excellent. Bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby. Bathroom was clean. Hell the whole room was clean. There was even a bucket of ice in the freezer. Never had that before. Office person was very friendly and welcoming. Will stay here again when ever im back in the houston area"

"If you need something close and around a lot of shopping, this is the place.If you need just a quick getaway. This is the place overall it was a good experience nothing really exciting I really out of the ordinary rooms a little dated needs some upgrading but I didn’t see any bugs or anything and staff was pretty friendly."

"We chose this hotel for proximity to Hobby; it's one of the closest. I was pleased to find that, although the price was modest, the room was first rate. Checking in was easy. We got a ride on the Airport Shuttle at 4 am, when they begin service.
A first-rate experience."

Ony problem was there wasn't a hook to hold the shower head and there was a gap at the door frame where the cold air came in. Need to be more secured otherwise than that it was a good stay and a well lit area."

"The room was archaic. Old sheets, comforter and towels. Bed linens did not match. A/C cover not snapped or screwed on. It was also missing a filter. The hotel was in a great location with only one entrance in and out. Patrons were a bit loud and obnoxious after after 11pm and disregarded the posted, listed rules."
