Howe ee the pool had been broken for over a month and I paid extra for a poolside room and they didn't make any accommodations for the pool being broken. Housekeeping now cleans 2 times a week and they didn't do anything other than remove towels and only replace them one time. Didn't change the sheets or make the bed"
