"Never saw a live person in this hotel. The check in process was with a virtual attendant. The carpets were thread barren, the tile in the bathroom were doubled stacked & raised, the towels were thin as rags. Tv had many channels & a big pool. The door to the pool was very difficult to open unless a person was either strong or had some weight to push against the door which would definitely be a fire hazard. Notified virtual assistant of the door issue. It is

"Cross country move and this was first stop from Vegas. Hotel was under renovation but still was clean and accessible. Traveled with a Great Dane and had no issues. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed a nice breakfast before our travel as well. "

I was too tired to call the desk to find out if there was something to do with it, but I tried a few buttons and it just said no signal when I had it on. Charge for having a pet was only $10 so that was reasonable."
