"Very clean room. Lots of extras. Excellent breakfast with many choices! So convenient to Ark. Rooms are small but that's why they call it micro. If you just want a basic room, decent pillows which can be hard to find, this is for you. And no construction workers slamming doors when they leave at 3am. Very pleased."

"Room was clean. Red mold in corners of tub. Cracked caulk around outside tub, red mold outside. Couch stained. At breakfast, juice machine out-of-order, coffee machine in dining room out-of-order. Container for lemon water empty. Items I’m used to seeing at similar buffets were missing. Ex. Yogurt, granola, bagels. Not much for a vegetarian. After checking out we had breakfast elsewhere. "

"Carpet so dirty its sticky. Stains on everything. Ac/heat super loud. Bed sheets stained. Mirrors so dirty they look cloudy. Drains all back up. Hallways not cleaned or kept up. The men in office RUDE!!! Disrespectful. Asked for no housekeeping (its obvious they dont clean anyway) they still came in and took MY belongings. Things I used for work so real cool of them. Plan on spending a while cleanin your room to be comfortable. I spent 3 hours scrubbing and it still didnt feel clean. Place run down and needs shut down. The 1st room they tried to put me in the window was completely cracked from top to bottom and side to side. Crazy it was still in 1 piece and not fallen out. Noticed a few rooms look like that too. "

"There were 3 birthday party’s occupying the pool so we weren’t able to use the pool. The bathroom didn’t have a fan. The staff was nice. "

"The hotel was in the middle of construction and there was no parking available. We arrived late and couldn’t find the entrance in. Had to park at a hotel across the way. I would’ve picked a different hotel if i would’ve known. Breakfast was good, but was in a work zone as well. Kids enjoyed the pool. Room was clean, but AC didn’t work. It was 73 when we got there but was 75 when we checked out after running the AC all night. The staff were great, helpful and apologetic. They did nothing wrong and were nice. I’d choose a different hotel until construction is over. "
