"Not being able to book a place near Stowe, we were thoroughly satisfied with Johnsbury. It was a 1+ hour drive to Stowe, but the scenery was beautiful and it worked out even better for us. (We did not spend as much time visiting Stowe as we thought we needed)
Johnsbury was a great town with many good places to eat. We even ate in our room as the rooms were quite huge and equipped with fridge and microwave.

"Staff was very nice. The parking was limited but doable. Lots of stairs, no elevator, but it was a very nice and pretty building. The staircase was kept tidy and clean. Had enough soaps for the night. Great breakfast and overall, it was a nice cozy little stay for the night.
